Town and Country Showcase
This year’s Sports Day will be held July 12 and 13 in Iroquois. We are once again going to have a Town and Country Showcase in the Fire Hall. If anyone is interested in setting up a booth, please contact Marlys Peskey at 546-2359 or 546-2426. We would love to have you be a part of this year’s summer event.
In addition to the T & C showcase, there will be lots of exciting things happening in Iroquois that weekend. A parade will kick off the day on Saturday starting at 10 am with the theme, ” Small town, big dream”. there will be mud drag races, bed races, kid’s games, just to name a few.
Last year’s event was very successful.

What is the Town & Country Showcase consist of? is it a craft fair? You’ve got my curiousity peaked.

Thanks to Rea for responding to this blog. The town and country showcase is held at our local annual sports day event. Several vendors display their various merchandise to sell. the crowd is there, so they usually do pretty well that day.
Last year we had a 89 year old man that makes wishing wells bring them to town, and he sold 2 of them. He was pretty thrilled.
it also gives people a chance to see what area people make and sell.
